Delegate Bookings
Booking Tab
Within the bookings tab, you can see all historic, present and future bookings that the delegate currently has against their profile.

Booking Statuses
Attended Status | Status Definition |
---|---|
Passed | Booking status has been updated to Passed, this is usually updated once it is confirmed the delegate has Passed the training course associated with the booking. |
Failed | Booking status has been updated to Failed, this is usually updated once it is confirmed the delegate has Failed the training course associated with the booking. |
Not Applicable | Booking status has been updated to Not Applicable, this is usually when the booking is not to complete training but added for finance purposes e.g Facility hire, replacement card etc |
Not Set | This is the default status set for all bookings once processed |
Booking Actions
At the right side of every booking there is an “Action” option for you to select and from here you will be able to perform the below tasks:

View Booking
Selecting “View” from the “Actions” button will allow you to edit and manage the booking that has been made.

Please click below for more options available to edit, manage and update the booking information.
Change Date
Selecting “Change Date” from the “Actions” button will allow you to change the date and time set against the booking.
Please note you may not be able to change the date of any integrated bookings as this specific bookings will need to be cancelled and re-booked against the new date

Cancel Booking
Selecting “Cancel” from the “Actions” button will allow you to cancel the course. You will be asked to complete the ‘Cancel Booking’ from, select ‘Cancel Bookings’ to confirm the cancellation.

Manage Status
Selecting “Manage Status” against the booking will allow you to update the status of that specific booking
