Manage a Course Booking
There is multiple way in the TMS where you can find the booking you need to manage, this can be:
From the delegates account under the ‘Bookings’ tab
From the Recent Bookings screen within the main menu
From the Course Directory within in the main menu
If you are viewing the booking from the Recent Bookings section within the Main Menu you will be able to see an overview of the course booking, booking number, who booked the course and the date the booking was made.
To view this booking in more detail please select the “View” button

This will take you to the main booking screen where you can view, edit and manage the booking

Status Tile
This section tells you the most information about the course booking. You can see the passed, attendance and certificates status from here.
You can also view and edit any payment information and reasons for booking, there are a few actions you can perform within the status section:
Edit Info | Allows you to edit the field/information against the booking you’re viewing and you are able to archive this booking so it is no longer linked to the matrix. |
View Course | Take you to the scheduled course |
View Delegate | Takes you to the delegates account |
Upload JI | Allows you to upload external joining instructions and add additional information if you have booked a TPS course |
Resend JI | Will re-send the joining instructions to the delegates email |
Change Date | Will allow you to change the date the delegate has booked onto that course |
Cancel | Will give you the option to cancel the booking and include a reason for the cancellation |
Accommodation Tile
The accommodation section shows you if any accommodation has been booked for the delegate while they are completing their training course.
You can edit any information in this section by selecting the ‘Edit’ button
Notes Tile
Here you can add any notes against the delegates course booking.
