Content Best Practices
You have a lot of flexibility when creating content.  To get started, here’s what we see most often;

  • 5-7 questions per quiz

  • 1-2 factoids per quiz

  • Mix it up with different question types

Use notifications and nudges
Push and email notifications are essential to driving engagement, so be sure to turn these on!  Remember that you can use “nudges” to help remind employees of active assignments too.

KPIs, Metrics & Reporting

Here are a few of the most common analytics that customers use to measure success with Trivie

Knowledge gain
Once baseline knowledge is established, you’ll be able to see the ongoing knowledge gain as Trivie’s adaptive learning kicks in.

Engagement
Monitoring engagement identifies opportunities for new content, nudges, recognition, and general activity.

Content performance
Understand how your training content is performing, or how people are performing against your content. Stats like “Most Missed Questions” are key to understanding knowledge gaps.

Segment performance
Zoom-in on specific segments of users to identify trends, recognize over-performing teams, or understand how knowledge gaps vary across your organization.

Setting up Access

Setting up users within the Knowledge Coach micro learning platform is a foundational step towards an enriched learning experience. This different user access ensures a seamless experience - Admin Users orchestrate the learning journey, while Employee Users engage and reinforce their understanding through targeted exercises and assessments.

Please contact your Training Admin focal point for Admin or Employee access to the Knowledge Coach Platform

Admin User

The Admin User holds the key to setting up system configurations, creating engaging learning content, and tailoring the learning experience. With administrative privileges, they have the ability to fine-tune settings and curate content to optimise the learning environment.

Employee User

The Employee User is empowered to test their knowledge by engaging with the learning content assigned to them. They play a crucial role in the learning process, actively participating in workouts and quizzes tailored to their needs.
