What is the 3t Digital Learning Management Software System?

Can I track learner progress and engagement?

Absolutely, the software enables you to track learner progress and engagement. You can monitor completion rates and other metrics to assess learner performance

Can the software integrate with external content and tools?

Absolutely, the software supports integration with external content and tools. You can link to external resources, videos, and other learning materials to enhance the learning experience.

Is the software mobile-friendly for on-the-go learning?

Yes, the software is designed to be mobile-friendly, enabling learners to access content and participate in courses from their smartphones and tablets, ensuring convenient on-the-go learning.

How does the software handle certification and compliance training?

The software includes features for generating certificates on completion of the course, if linked with the TMS system the certificate if automatically uploaded against your profile to manage compliance.

What kind of support is available for implementation and user assistance?

What is my Username?

Your username is simply the email address you were registered with, if you are unsure you can either check with your system administrator who registered you, or contact our support team.

I can't reset my password?

When you reset your password, you need to make sure that there is at least one special character in the password.

I am having issues accessing the course content using the Safari browser?

There is a pop up that can often cause an issue when access the LMS via safari browser, disabling the pop up via the setting page on the browser will resolve this issue.

I am getting an error message which says cannot connect securely to the LMS?

Check your network firewall settings and ensure the connection to the Transform LMS is whitelisted and not blocked by your company.

What should I do if I am experiencing issues with the LMS?

If you encounter any minor bugs, before contacting support always try a hard reload. To do this, click on F12 on your keyboard and then right click on the ‘reload’ button and click ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’. If you’re still having issued please raise a bug with our support team.

Why have I not received any emails from 3t Digital about my LMS?

Check your junk mail for any 3t Digital emails, sometimes you may find they are marked as spam by your mail provider.

How do I change my password?

Please click the following Link to LMS https://ids.ontransform.com/account/login and following the below instructions

  1. Please click on “Having Trouble Signing In” link on the login page and follow the instructions to send a new email notification to reset your password.

  2. When you send a password reset link, this link will be valid for 24 hours. This reset email may go to your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder so be sure to check there for the email too. 

  3. If this link expires then just repeat this process and you will be sent out another email.

  4. When you reset your password, you need to ensure that there is at least one special character in the password.
