Gaps Report

Within the AIS Booking System, there is now the capability of searching for any gaps/expiries delegate have for all TMS tenants, business & delegates.

Staff will need to have the gaps permission to view this report. You can do this by accessing the Staff section within the admin area and ticking ‘Can Access Gap Look Ahead Report’.

To access the report, select the ‘Report’ tab and select the ‘Gaps Look Ahead’ report at the bottom of the list.

You will be able to filter by to & from dates and the course title. Once the results have been filtered you can use the search box to search for a specific name, client, town or postcode to further narrow down your results.

Ability to assign an Account Manager to a Delegate account

Delegate accounts can now have Account Managers assigned to them.

By accessing the delegate account and editing their information, a new drop down should appear you can select a member of staff who is responsbile for that delegate’s account & bookings.


Update to Notes section against a Delegate

You can now add the type of note or communication type within the notes section of a delegates account.

Selected ‘Add Note’ will bring up the new note screen, an additional drop down will appear so you can select ‘Email’ or ‘Phone' if they have been contacted.


Assign multiple Suppliers to a Business

Admin users now have the ability of assigning multiple suppliers to a business account.

This means that when users are logging into the Business Portal, they will be able to view all items on the Outstanding Certs report for all of their training centres.
