Where the delegate has a Supervisor & Manager, they will appear on the below reports:

• Course Status Report

• Re-certs Report

• Completed Training Report

There is now the ability search by the date certificates have been uploaded on the ‘Cert Status’ report.

When 'Filter by Cert Upload Date’ has been ticked, the report will search for any certificates that have been uploaded between the selected dates.

When ‘Filter by Cert Upload Date’ is not ticked, the report will search by the default setting which is the course date

You can now add custom messages to requests that can be displayed on the top and bottom of the request form.

This has to be set up by an administrator, please contact your account manager or a member of the support team to se this up.

To process the accommodation requests and bookings for efficiently, the delegate’s DOB has now been added to the accommodation request email

Assessors and Verifiers now have the search bars on their active and completed assessments so they can find candidates easier in CMS.

You can now rename the Matrix Types from the Management tab in TMS

To save opening the bookings to view the attended status, this is now visible within the bookings tab on the delegates profile.
