Additional No Show reasons have been added to the drop down within the TMS


Search Function in CMS for Assessors & Verifiers

Within the CMS, there is now the ability to search in the Active Assessments and Completed Assessments sections from the Dashboard.


CMS Assessment Version Control

Within the CMS, there is now the ability to add new versions to assessments. You can either amend the current version of the assessment, or create a new version.

You can add or change the version by going into your competency library and finding the competency you want to update.

Select ‘Add New Version’ to create a new version of the assessment, you will notice more assessments appear within the version dropdown field.

You can then make changes where needed to the new version, adding or changing units etc, so it doesn’t affect any historic assessments.

When assigning or viewing assessments you will be able to see which version of the assessment candidate is completing.


Ability to Exclude Accounts from Merge Tool

The merge tool now has the ability to exclude some delegates from being merged. So if you have the TMS suggest 4 accounts that need to be merged but only 3 are duplicates then you are able to exclude the one account that doesn’t need to be merged.
