Changes to the ‘Upcoming Bookings’ & ‘Training Requests’ report

Within the TMS MT, the ‘Upcoming Bookings’ & ‘Training Requests’ report are both updated to show the following columns:

Supervisor
Manager

Booking Reason Code now appears on Cert Status Report

The ‘Cert Status’ report now shows the ‘Booking Reason’ in the last column

Visibility of past Assessors & Verifiers

The CMS now shows on the assessment details any previous assessors & verifiers. Staff names will show within this section if they were previously assigned as an Assessor or a Verifier and have been archived.

Assessment per Rig - Tags

An additional screen has been added for the ability to add a tag and configure the naming of the tag.

In addition, there will is a new report added which will allow you to report on tags added that requires filters to be added.

Features

Ability to tag units and elements in an assessment so that it permits a single response only. The behaviour is as per the current safety critical flag as there is no requirement to have multiple tags on an element.
Ability to configure the values in the tab list up to a maximum of 10 options, similar to as you can now for the custom scoring options. So, although tags are single responses they can still be customised and named accordingly.
There is the ability to mark an assessment as ‘not applicable’
When marked as ‘not applicable’ then this will be excluded from the scoring
