A report has been added to shows all expires that are at the 60 days or less expiry stage. The report is called ‘Expiry Priority’ and shows the following information:

• Delegate Name

• Employee ID

• Telephone Number

• Email Address

• Course Name

• Client

• Project

• Job Role

• Stage

• Type

• Expiry Date

• Comment - This should pull from comments in the Recerts tab next to the course listing.

A report has been added to show all of the clients e-learning courses called ‘E-Learning Bookings’ that includes the following information:

• Delegate name

• NI Number

• Job Role

• Course Name

• Course Location

• Course Duration

• Date Sent

• Request Information

• Status of Request

• Booking Date

• Start Date

The TMS now shows if a delegates job role is active or inactive on the matrix.

The Course Status Report now includes:

• Employee Number

• Booking Date

• Stage

• Expiration Status

It also includes the ‘Booked’ & ‘Failed’ information on the graph.

The employee’s Vantage number now appears on the ‘Overall Course Stage Status’ Report.

A new report has been added to show which employee’s training are on hold that called ‘On Hold’. The report includes the following information:

• Delegate Name

• Employee Number

• Vantage Number

• Employee Category

• Organisation

• Location

• Job Role

• On Hold Date

• Return To Work Date

• Comment

Additional fields have been added to the ‘Matrix Progress Compliance (with overview)’ report which are:

• Employee ID

• Vantage Number

The ‘Matrix Progress Compliance (with overview)’ report now includes a colour key to show what the colours represent on the report.

The ‘Matrix Progress Compliance (with overview)’ report now includes a breakdown of each stage and job role. This screen now showed the pre-employment, pre-mobilisation & matrix overview percentages for compliance and bookings.

The ‘Cert Status’ report now includes two additional columns for:

• Cert upload date

• Cert uploaded by

A new report called ‘Portfolio Progress ECITB’ has been added to the CMS that shows the following information:

• Portfolio Owner

• Start Date

• Competency

• Progress

• Fully Complete
