When a delegate is updated to a leaver in the TMS, a notification is sent to the relevant email addresses so the selected tenants.

Please refer to the request link to view the tenants this is set up for and the email addresses the notifications are sent to.

From the TMS, you can send a gaps reminder for multiple items on one email reminder. In the TMS, navigate to the gaps tab and select send bulk gaps reminder. The email is sent to the delegate and also woodgroup@aisgroup.co.uk is cc’d into the email.

From the TMS, you can now send gaps reminders to individuals via the actions tab. The delegate will then receive an email notification with a reminder.

A new gaps tab has been added so you can view all gaps within a delegates account. You can use this section to search for gaps and send individual reminders or a bulk gaps reminder to delegates.
