Pre-mobilisation

The section will show you a list of employees that has a Pre-Mobilisation date saved against their profile in the Training Management System.

This will also show you the list of delegates that have been assigned a deviation in the Training Management System.

A deviation gives approval to an employee being mobilised without holding the relevant training certificate required to for fill their Job Role, this information can also used for reporting and analysis purposes.

You can filter by current or deviations using the tabs.

You can search for a delegate using the ‘Delegate Name’ field and the ‘Search’ button
