  • Information within this report is pulled from the employee information

Report Purpose

  • The information provided will give you details on the leave date (if added) for each employee over the date range you require

Details Required for Running Report

  • The system requires you to input the below information for the report to be extracted;

    • Start Date

    • End Date

    • Select Include Archived

  • Please note no other filter options are available for this report. The report can however be exported to excel where filters can be applied.

Report Information Output

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • DOB

  • National Insurance Number

  • Employee Number

  • Employment Company

  • Contracting Company

  • Hire Date

  • Leave Date

  • Client
