Delegate Booking Date Changes Report

Data Source

• Information within this report is pulled from the bookings date changes list

Report Purpose

• The information provided will give you details on course bookings which dates have been changed and the new course booked date along with reasons for changing dates

Details Required for Running Report

• As a minimum the system requires you to input the below information for the report to be extracted;

  • Start Date (of when the request to change the booking date was received)

  • End Date (of when the request to change the booking date was received)

• You also have the option to filter by;

  • Client

  • Project

  • Job Role

  • Delegate Name

  • Course Name

  • Employment Company Name

  • Contracting Company Name

• And can add the option to;

  • Include Leavers Accounts

  • Include Archived Accounts

• Delegate Name

• Employee Number

• Job Role

• Employment Company

• Contracting Company

• Organisation/Client

• Location/Site/Project

• Course Name

• Original Booking Dates

• New Booked Dates

• Change Date Request Date (which is the dates that filter in the report search field)

• Original Cost

• Charge

• Moved By

• Reason
