Delegate Booking Date Cancellations Report

  • Information within this report is pulled from the booking’s cancellations list

Report Purpose

  • The information provided will give you details on what employees have been cancelled from training courses, including reasons why, by who and any costs incurred.

Details Required for Running Report

  • As a minimum the system requires you to input the below information for the report to be extracted;

    • Start Date

    • End Date

  • The report is also filterable via the below options;

    • Client

    • Project

    • Job Role

    • Delegate Name

    • Course Name

    • Employment Company Name

    • Contracting Company Name

  • You also have the option to;

    • Include Leavers Accounts

    • Include Archived Accounts

Report Information Output

  • Booking Cancellation Date

  • Delegate Name

  • Employee/Payroll Number

  • NI Number

  • Organisation/Client

  • Location/Project

  • Job Role

  • Employment Company

  • Contracting Company

  • Course Name

  • Original Booking Dates

  • Original Cost

  • Charge

  • Cancelled By

  • Reason
