Bookings

Welcome to the Booking section of the user guides. Here is a list of available options within the Bookings section found in the Main Menu of TMS:

Booking Section	Information
Recent Bookings	View all bookings that have recently been made for delegates within the system
To Book	View courses on an employee’s training matrix that haven’t yet been booked
Up & Coming Courses	View courses that have been scheduled into the system that are due to start
Up & Coming Internal	View courses that have been scheduled into the system that are due to start
Re-certs	View all courses that are coming up for renewal.
Cancellations	Look at any course bookings that have been recently cancelled
Date Changes	Look at any course bookings that have been rescheduled
No Shows	View any delegates who did not attend their course booking
