The Training Management system (TMS) is used to manage your workforce Compliance, this can be in identifying the outstanding Compliance for that job role, obtaining the Compliance as well as maintaining and refreshing that Compliance over time.
Compliance Definition - Training is carried out in order to meet a regulatory requirement or to reduce a risk of legal liability, training must be seen to have taken place and certificate achieved to obtain compliance in that subject.
