TMS Troubleshooting Guides - Login Issue

If you are experiencing login difficulties when trying to login to your 3t Transform System, please see below some troubleshooting steps that can be taken to help determine and/or potentially resolve the issue.

Training Admin User

What is my Username and/or Email set up as

Email and Password will be set up initially by your Company Administrator for this system.

Check with your company Administrator for this system if you have been set up as a Training Admin User and that your permissions have been set.

Forgotten Password

Please click on “Forgotten Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to send a new email notification to reset your password.

When you reset your password, you need to ensure that there is at least one special character in the password.

Please contact our Customer Support Team via the Jira Support Portal and provide a screenshot or confirmation from your Company Administrator that you have a Training Admin Account set up.

Employee Login

What is my Username and/or Email set up as

Email will be set up as the same email address your profile has been registered with by your Training Administrator.

Check with your Training Administrator for this system if your profile has been set up with permission to access your training profile via the Employee Portal and they have send the first Welcome Email.

Forgotten Password

Please click on “Forgotten Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to send a new email notification to reset your password.

When you reset your password, you need to ensure that there is at least one special character in the password.
