If you are experiencing login difficulties when trying to login to your 3t Digital LMS System, please see below some troubleshooting steps that can be taken to help determine and/or potentially resolve your issue.

Please see below troubleshooting steps that can be taken to help determine and/or potentially resolve your issue.

Having Trouble Signing In

Please click on “Having Trouble Signing In” link on the login page and follow the instructions to send a new email notification to reset your password.

When you send a password reset link, this link will be valid for 24 hours. This reset email may go to your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder so be sure to check there for the email too. 

If this link expires then just repeat this process and you will be sent out another email.

When you reset your password, you need to ensure that there is at least one special character in the password.

My LMS course registration email has expired

If you aren’t able to access your LMS course within the first 24 Hours of it being assigned to you and you try to access this through the New Course Registration email, you may get a message saying the link has timed out.

You can still login to your LMS account as normal through this link: https://ids.ontransform.com/account/login

What is my Username and/or Email set up as

Email will be set up as the same email address your profile has been registered with by your Training Administrator.

Check with your Training Administrator that the email address you are trying to login with is the same email address that your profile was created with, occasionally this can be your work or personal email.
