TMS Troubleshooting Guides - Sync & Integration Issues

Certificates are not moving across from integrated systems.

For certificate syncs to work all bookings must be made from with the TMS and not separately.

For example: Creating a booking in TMS for Survivex as a Third Party booking and then creating a separate booking in the Vision system will not work. The bookings have not been created using the integration therefore are not linked, so any data & updates linked to these bookings will not sync over.

I’ve updated a course time in the Booking System but the new course times have not synced over to the TMS.

When a time has been updated within the Booking System, these do not automatically update in TMS. To refresh the times and pull through the updated course information you will need to go into the TMS, find the course within the calendar/directory and select ‘Refresh Dates’. This will then pull through the correct information from the Booking System.

Please note that this issue is something our development team are aware of and we are working on a solution to have updated course times refresh in the TMS automatically.
