Introduction
It is the policy of 3t Digital to meet the needs and expectations of all our clients and course candidates, to fully comply with the requirements laid down by OPITO relating to Quality, Safety and Training Services provided by ourselves.
Policy
This policy is of equal importance with all other business policies and it will be reviewed regularly to ensure continued effectiveness in line with all requirements identified by OPITO. It will be affected and communicated within the organisation through line management, with ultimate accountability resting with the 3t Digital Executive Management Team. All necessary resources required to implement and enforce our policy will be made available.
This policy demands that we identify and understand hazards, quantify risks and implement control measures to eliminate those hazards or reduce residual risk to a level as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP), in terms of:
Quality of services we provide to our clients
The health, safety and welfare of our personnel and of any others whom may be affected through our actions
Our impact on the environment
3t Digital delivers this policy through the Integrated Management System (IMS), which is described in the IMS Manual. This is the primary governing document for the company and is supported by procedures, which provide detailed descriptions of the operational activities and controls.
All training personnel employed by 3t Digital will, at all times, cooperate fully in the implementation of this policy. It is by highlighting any hazards or risks which appear to be inadequately controlled, and by taking remedial action, that together we will fulfil our IMS policy intentions. To achieve the commitment, support and involvement of all 3t Digital personnel, and to influence attitudes and behaviours towards a safer and healthier culture, our behavioural safety programme will continue to be a primary focus for our efforts.
